Arturo Benavides Jr.

Arturo Benavides, Jr., age 75, passed away July 13, 2022. Arturo was born November 30, 1946 to Arturo and Alicia Benavides. He graduated from W.B. Ray High School in 1964. Arturo was employed by Maxwell house. He enjoyed watching the Houston Astros and the Houston Texans. He will always be remembered for his quiet nature and his love of music. Arturo was a loving father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather.

Arturo is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters.

Arturo is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda Benavides, his children: Arthur, Adam, Angie, Andrew and Lorraine, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, his siblings: Rene, Diana, Emma, Alicia and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a rosary and funeral service to be held at 1:00 PM that same afternoon. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
