He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to his parents Michael Angel Salinas and Janette Napoles.

All funeral services will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown, with a Holy Rosary and Chapel Service to be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. that morning.
Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche St.
